Tobias the Owner and Lead Trainer
You can pick an instructor out of a hat and maybe get lucky and get a good one, or you can go with a proven track record. When I teach classes, I take my years of teaching nurses and focus on clear, calm, and interesting classroom experiences. I don't overwhelm you with jargon, and I stay out of politics, making this a comfortable welcoming class for everyone. This makes the class interesting and effective, without sexist humor and/or political comments. So for a calm, comfortable, sane, apolitical class, this is the class for you.
I base my classes on a simple premise, "What would I want my teenage daughters to learn to stay safe?". This overriding premise ensures that every important topic and detail is covered, extraneous or side comments removed, and all students are treated with respect.
